  • He is Risen!

I thought I’d post this as we head into the Easter weekend. Lee Strobel makes a great case for the Historical validity of Christ’s resurrection. A fact that transcends the issue of inerrancy and cuts straight to the heart of historical accuracy. Textual critics have had a difficult time explaining this well attested event. Serious scholars discuss the “How’s” of the empty tomb not the “If’s” of the empty tomb.

    Happy Easter!  :)

  • Happy Easter (weekend?) to you too!

  • Amen to this post. Before Lee Strobel, I learned about The Evidence That Demands a Verdict from Josh McDowell many years ago. (Thank You Jesus for that too! ) Given the facts in evidence, not believing in the Good News of Christ is unreasonable!

  • This was awesome. But, just as Jesus said, even if someone rose from the dead, they still would not believe.

  • Have a meaningful Easter weekend Beth!

  • having trouble with the video…but i like lee strobel. read one of his books. have it around here somewhere and now i feel the need to find it! :)

  • Hi Beth Ann, Have a very happy Resurrection Sunday. Alas, I may not even make it to church. Strobel—I think I have his Study Bible. He is as qualified as anyone to discuss the resurrection.
